How do I book a field?
Booking is simple! Use our homepage search bar to filter fields by city, sport, date, and time. Once you find the perfect field, select your desired hours, review the facility rules, and complete your secure checkout. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with access instructions.
What sports are supported on the platform?
We support all major sports across all age groups (Men, Women, Boys, and Girls). This includes soccer, baseball, softball, football, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, field hockey, and pickleball, as well as multi-purpose indoor training spaces.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can manage your reservations directly from your user dashboard. However, cancellation and refund policies (such as 24-hour or 7-day notice requirements) are set individually by each field provider. Please review the specific field’s policy before finalizing your booking.
Are the fields safe and verified?
Absolutely. We verify host identities, facility details, and photos before any listing goes live. Additionally, renters can leave reviews after their games, allowing you to see feedback from other local teams.

How much does it cost to list my field?
Listing your facility on Game Day Fields is completely free! There are zero subscription fees or hidden costs. We only take a small marketplace processing fee from the total rental amount when a booking is successfully completed.
Who controls the pricing and availability?
You do. You have absolute control over your field’s calendar, hourly rates, peak pricing (e.g., weekends or night slots with lights), and block-out dates. You can easily update your availability in real time via your provider dashboard.
How do I handle liability and insurance?
Safety and security are top priorities. When renters sign up, they agree to our standard platform terms of service. Additionally, you can explicitly require renters to upload a Certificate of Insurance (COI) detailing their league or team policy before you approve their booking request.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are processed automatically through our secure payment gateway and deposited directly into your linked bank account. Typically, funds are released within 48 hours of the scheduled booking completion.
